We've enhanced the Permission Connect Admin Dashboard and CRM Integration Manager to simplify CRM integrations while ensuring top-tier data security.
Key Features:
Advertisers can effortlessly integrate new CRMs by entering key fields like API names and keys within a more intuitive dashboard.
Admins can easily track integration requests and monitor their status in real-time.
All API keys are encrypted for security.
User Survey Feature
We launched a new survey-based earning experience for users within the Permission Platform.
Key Features:
Allows users to receive relevant, personalized offers and messages from brands and earn from their data.
A significant earning opportunity for Permission users, relative to other earning opportunities on the platform.
Brands can customize survey responses and receive zero-party data, directly accessible via the Brand Portal, enabling quick data extraction and in-depth analysis to strengthen 1:1 engagement.
Migration to Deskpro Support Platform
We’ve transitioned from Zendesk to Deskpro to enhance the support experience for advertisers and users. This change allows for faster response times and streamlined ticket management, ensuring a smoother support journey.
Platform UI/UX Update
What’s New:
Reward amounts update instantly when new offers are pushed, reflecting the latest earning opportunities.
Gas fee and transaction information aligns with Polygon’s recent changes, replacing “MATIC with “POL.”
